When you book through Rodavia, the payment process involves two stages: an advance payment online and the balance at pickup. The rental company sets the final terms, and your voucher shows exactly what applies to your booking.
Online Booking Advance
To confirm your reservation, you pay a portion of the total amount by card when you complete the booking. We accept Visa and Mastercard for this step. The advance secures your vehicle and locks in the rate you see on the search results.

Balance at Pickup
The remaining amount is paid directly to the rental company when you collect the vehicle. Payment options at the desk vary by supplier and location. Many accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash, but some restrict certain methods for specific bookings. Your voucher will state which options the company allows for your rental.
Debit Cards and Cash
Whether the rental company accepts debit cards or cash for the balance depends on their policy and the vehicle category. Check your voucher before you travel - it lists the approved payment methods for your particular booking. If you plan to pay by debit card or cash, make sure the voucher explicitly permits it.
